Lu Ke (Chinese American, 1987) grew up surrounded by ink, paper, brushes, pattern books and Chinese folk stories, which inspired her to draw from an early age. She interests in drawing beautiful but bizarre creatures from her imagination with variety pattern and meticulous detail. Her works influenced by space, dimension, relationships, dreams, folk stories, myths, animals. There are plenty of mysterious and strange creatures inhabit in her mind.
