Liza Jones has been making etchings for over 45 years, starting at Rhode Island School of Design. She has taught etching at: Experimental Etching Studio, Boston; Portland State University; Pacific Northwest College of Art & Design, Portland; and was chair of printmaking at Oregon Collage of Art & Craft, Portland. From 1980 through 2010 she directed Inkling Studio, a printmaking workshop in Portland, where over 130 artists made etchings, engravings, monotypes, linoleum, and woodcut prints.
