Selections from the collection of John McCall Case and Mary Ellen Krug
The Antique Print Department is proud to present a selection of works from the estate of John McCall Case and Mary Ellen Krug. Mr. Case was a Seattle native who taught English and the Classics in the Seattle Public Schools. His wife, Mrs. Krug, practiced labor law. Mr. Case and Mrs. Krug were art lovers and avid collectors. Throughout their lives, they amassed a diverse collection of 20th Century American paintings, lithographs and etchings, as well as modern Japanese woodblock prints.
