California artist Eunice Kim works primarily with collagraphy, a direct and tactile process in which materials and textures are adhered to a plate surface that is then inked and printed with an intaglio press. These images of grids and circles explore the play and tension between order and chaos. Kim feels "motivated by a need and desire to not only observe the dynamic between order and chaos but to affect it."
